ISIS might be using puppies as suicide bombers. Iraqi militiamen claim they rescued this dog and defused the bomb strapped to it's back. The soldiers say the bomb could have killed four people. One soldier asked, 'what was this animal's crime?' The soldiers in the video say the dog will be sent to the Baghdad zoo and will be looked after by a veterinarian. [AdSense-A] It is believed the footage was shot near Mosul, where Iraqi and coalition forces have been fighting ISIS for months. The main part of the story is that it is understood that the detonator was out of range which was unable to trigger the bomb at the time the soldiers captured the dog, hence they are safe.
