Dubai Is Using Jet packs and Jet Skis to Fight Fires. Dubai, the largest city in the UAE, is ranked the 4th wealthiest city in the world. Since 2012, the city has been a spike in deadly fires rushed construction and lack of building standards have been blamed. Vehicle accidents are also common along Dubai's famed highways where multi-million dollar cars race by. Now, firefighters can get to work faster and look badass doing it.
