A man died after crashing his car into his ex-girlfriend's house. Carl Philbert packed four propane tanks into his car and crashed it into an apartment building where his ex-girlfriend and her three year old son lived. The car burst into flames, and Philbert died. 18 people were displaced from their homes. Police believe Philbert got into a fight with her ex earlier that day and that when he showed up to her apartment. He did not like something he saw leading to the act of violence. Officials are still investigating the incident.
