When a Floatilla party at Honolulu in Hawaii got out of hand a 19 year old remains in critical condition due to intoxication. Of the roughly 10,000 people who attended 10 were taken to hospital for alcohol related issues and 10 others were treated at the scene. Floatilla is an annual event held on the fourth of July in Waikiki beach at Oahu in Hawaii. Party goers cruise around in boats and blowup water toys. This year, lifeguards started receiving calls for help. After the event had been going on for a few hours, many of the calls were related to alcohol. State lawmakers are considering stricter alcohol rules for next year.
