This Biker Gang Protects Bullied Kids

Hundreds of bikers escorted this boy to school to protect him from bullies. He said he wandered back into school and those other kids that had been bullying him, they all wanted to be his best mate. 10 year old Xander says he was bullied at school for years. His mom says he's been the target of racial slurs and sexual comments and even had his clothes ripped off. After failing to get help from the school and police, Xander's mom contacted the defenders of children abuse. The non-profit biker group fights to protect bullied kids. The passion of the group is to basically build the most powerful army in the world to fight child abuse and bullying. They don't care where the kids come from, their religious backgrounds, their cultural backgrounds. They are getting hurt by adults that know better. And the kids that are hurting other kids, well, they have been taught that by adults who know better.

The organization started in New Zealand and now has chapters in the U.S., Canada, and Australia. All we can do is keep growing, build that super army that would build of people that love kids and want to protect kids. Each volunteer biker must go through a background check and families can contact the group through their Facebook. They have a beer, a stuffed toy with a vest on it. While they are introducing the chapter to the child, the beer is getting passed around to all the members of the chapter and they fill it up full of hugs. And once the beer is presented to the child, they say, look, here is a beer, it is full of hugs. If it ever runs out of hugs, you give them a call and they'll come back around charge it up again. The group hopes to expand to other countries. All of the members are sworn to take a bullet for a child and just trying to fill a gap that the law hasn't been able to do.
