This little girl narrowly escaped being hit by stray bullets. In Chandler, Arizona a four year old girl was playing inside a barbershop. When shots rang out, the bullets struck the glass, just missing her head. Police say 23 year old Michael Hart and 21 year old Rafael Santos were aiming at a nearby tattoo shop after getting into an argument with the employees there. Luckily, no one was seriously hurt.
