Murder Suspect Jumped to His Death From a Courthouse Balcony

'I think it's very telling. He knew the evidence against him. But his lawyer says he maintained his innocence. An investigation into Seman's apparent suicide is being conducted.
This murder suspect jumped to his death from a courthouse balcony while exiting a hearing ahead of his trial in Youngstown, Ohio. Robert Seman was accused of starting a house fire that killed a 10 year old girl and her grandparents in 2015. Prosecutors say Seman started the fire because the girl was supposed to testify against him in a rape case. Deputies were escorting Seman back from the hearing when he jumped over the bannister on the fourth floor of the courthouse. Seman died minutes later. Some speculated that Seman's apparent suicide indicated guilt. Dawn Cantalamessa, the  assisting prosecutor said,
